So...Well, hopefully you haven't too much snow now. Sounds pretty much the same weather pattern up here in Eastern BC. Gets pretty darn cold at night still. Can snow like crazy one day and melt the next. Haven't seen any leaves or flowers but then I haven't had a chance to get out and about yet... maybe in a few days. Hope you are well.
~Michele~Michelehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02324458825591614167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24325419.post-72819893361236434142008-04-02T20:25:00.000-07:002008-04-02T20:25:00.000-07:00I've got greens coming up but no flowers yet. There are times I wish it was warm all year, but I haven't seen too many other places to which I would like to move.

Terri- you're farther north than we are here, but we also have the Great Salt Lake causing interesting things with our weather, and we are also at 4500 feet elevation, which makes as cooler than many other places at our latitude.
My music variety is due to my exposure to music growing up. As a child, my dad listened to mainstream stuff; show tunes, light jazz, etc. My mom listened to those, but also some country. I had a fondness for some classical, mainly baroque, until I hit high school, when I started listening to some rock music. Blues came at about the same time. During the seventies, disco became popular. I never cared much for it, since to me it all has the same boring beat and sounds the same to me, so I listened to a lot of country and bluegrass during that time, with occasional non-disco music that came out at that time.BobGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15405172215849046373noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24325419.post-87549161462065917922008-03-30T19:40:00.000-07:002008-03-30T19:40:00.000-07:00It's been nice here and I hope it stays that way. ...It's been nice here and I hope it stays that way. It's a nice change of pace to come here and see somebody else who experiences the roller coaster weather we do. I was out walking in the park reserve today, getting to warm in my jacket, seeing green grass poking through the snow, and yet the forecast for tongight and tomorrow calls for more snow. Has this been the longest winter ever, or what?

I'm always impressed by the variety on your playlist. I'm a fan of the Pretenders and Heart too.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
