More from the nanny state

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A lawmaker said she will introduce a bill next week that seeks to make California the first state in the nation to ban spanking children who are 3 years old and younger.

The legislation would make the violation a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail or a fine of up to $1,000.

Give me a break.

Who shall look after the children while the parents are in jail?
How will they know? Will the baby call the police and say:" Uwaaahhh, babbaa dadda, nannna, wooohhh!!!"

I know this idiot, she was once the mayor of my city - she's from Detroit and moved out here, she's not a native ort a local.
She was an unemployed housewife who got hooked-up with the Feminist Democrat Machine, and was propelled into politics, all politics being local. Currently said nimrod is being groomed for future attacks on sanity.

Spank the politician first! The children don't need very many spankings if the grown ups who they are attached to get their attitude squared away first!
